The Store is operated by Fanila (“فانيلة”, hereinafter “Fanila”, “we”, “us”, or “the Company”) and offers football shirts, kits, and related sports apparel through the e-commerce store at www.fanilastore.com (the “Store”). Your use of the Store and any purchase you make are subject to the terms set out below (the “Terms”). Please read them carefully — by using the Store, you agree to be bound by them.

Acceptance & Relationship to Law

These Terms do not limit or waive any rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection or other applicable laws. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, that legal requirement prevails, and the remaining provisions continue to apply.

Eligibility to Purchase

Purchases on the Store are permitted only for individuals aged 18 or over who have the legal capacity to enter into binding transactions. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these conditions.

Products, Availability & Sizing

The display of a product on the Store is not a guarantee of its availability. Every purchase is subject to the product being in stock. We may cancel an order in the event of a stock shortage, or a good-faith error in price or description.

Product images are for illustration only, and slight differences in shade or design may occur between how a product appears on your screen and the actual item. In addition, a deviation of up to 2 cm may exist between the measurements listed in the Store's size chart and the actual measurements of the product.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in multiple currencies depending on your region, with the Saudi Riyal (SAR) as the base currency. The final amount charged may vary slightly due to currency conversion and the exchange rate applied by your payment provider.

Payment is processed securely through trusted third-party providers — 2Checkout (Verifone) and PayPal — which support payment by credit card and the methods available through each provider. The Store does not collect or store customers' full card details.

Placing an Order

Completing an order requires entering correct and complete details and receiving approval from the payment provider. An order is considered confirmed only after such approval has been received.

Shipping & Delivery

Products are delivered through a third-party shipping company. Delivery times are estimates only and do not constitute a binding commitment; we are not responsible for delays outside our control. That said, if your order does not reach its destination within 60 days of the date it was placed, you are entitled to a full refund.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer, or because it was not collected in time, the customer bears the cost of the return to us and the cost of re-shipping.

Cancellations, Returns & Custom Items

You may cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, provided it is new, unused, and in its original packaging. For a cancellation that is not due to a defect or a mismatch with your order, we may charge a cancellation fee where permitted by applicable law, and the cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.

Exception for personalized items: no refund, cancellation, or return is available for products that are made or customized specifically for the customer (including shirts with a personal name and/or number printed on them, or special patches). A refund or replacement for such items will be provided only if the product arrived faulty or does not match the details of the order placed. Full return details are set out in our Refund Policy.

Warranty & Care Instructions

Products are sold “as is”. The Company is not liable for damage caused by unreasonable use of a product. Warranty does not cover reasonable wear and tear, or damage to prints (such as a name, number, or sponsor) caused by washing that does not follow the care instructions.

To keep the print quality over time, we recommend washing the shirt inside out, in cold water (up to 30°C), without bleach, and without using a tumble dryer.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Store — including text, images, designs, and logos — is the property of the Company or other rights holders, and may not be used without prior written permission.

Prohibited Use

When using the Store, you may not engage in:

  • Use that violates any applicable law.
  • Any activity that harms the Store or other users.
  • Copying content without permission.
  • Any attempt to breach or interfere with the Store's systems.

Third-Party Platforms

The Store operates on the Shopify platform and relies on third-party services for payment processing, shipping, and analytics. The Company is not responsible for the operation of these third parties.

Privacy

Changes to These Terms

The Company may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on the Store and will take effect from the moment it is posted.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, general principles of applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of the Store or from these Terms will be handled in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights or protections available to you under the laws of your country of residence.
